Refundable Conditions

You can apply for a refund in the following situations: service is unavailable due to technical issues and not resolved within 48 hours, duplicate charges caused by system errors, unused balance within 7 days of purchase (deducting 10% handling fee), serious quality issues in generated content that cannot be resolved by regenerating, and unauthorized transactions (proof is required). Please note that fees for used services are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for refunds: services that have been successfully used, subjective dissatisfaction with the generated results (AI generation is random, and results may vary depending on the prompts), issues caused by user errors, orders older than 30 days, accounts that violate the service terms, services purchased with promotional codes, and services purchased through third-party platforms.

Refund Application Process

Cancel Subscription

You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation, and prices may change. Account data will be retained for 30 days and may be deleted afterward, so please make sure to download the content you need before cancellation.
